- 5 tbsp baisan dal kar mix karein. 30 mint Ke liye rakh dein
- Oil garam karein. Oil Zyada garam ni krna. chicken pieces fry kar lein. Half done kar lein.. Golden colour any tak fry kar lein.
- 1/2 kg yogurt lein. 1 tbsp Turmeric powder, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp black pepper, 1tsp salt, 3 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 5 tbsp vinegar, 5 tbsp soya sauce, 5 tbsp Chilli ketchup, 1/2 tsp yellow food colour, 1 tbsp till dal kar mix karein.
- Fry Chicken pieces achi trah thanda hona chaye. Phir he batter perfect lgyga. Batter mix kiye hue mein fry chicken piece dal kar marinate kar lein.20 mint ke liye rakh dein
- Karahi mein 1 & half glass water dal kar stand rakh kar surakh wala dhkhn rakh dein
- Phir chicken pieces rakh kar dhkn de dein. dum se thori zyada anch mein 1 hour steam dein.
- 1 hour me perfect cook hue hen. Lajawab 😋😋
